When we bought our house we knew we wanted to update it and make it ours. We hired Court and his team to do 3 small projects around our house. Once those projects were complete we were so in love with the designs they came up with and how it fit our style that we completely gutted the rest of the house for Court to design. The responses with his team were quick and when there was time to pick a design we always had multiple drawings to choose from. If we did not like a particular drawing or weren’t in love with the choices of the finishes Court would go back and find other options. We did let Court push us out of comfort zone a little and pick things that we maybe weren’t sure about and now are in love with those ideas. He knows how colors and patterns will work in a room and how to furnish it. You will not be disappointed with the work that this team does. We recommend him to everyone who is thinking about redoing a part of their home.

This was our first project with Court. I actually asked him to come and look at our place and recommend some furniture. I soon realized how short sited we were since Court, in just a few minutes, shared a much bigger and better vision for our home. We had recently decided that this is our forever house in Boulder, and Court turned out to be the perfect guy to transform our simple 2500 Sq home into a dazzling, cool, sexy and updated pad. He was also the one with the BRILLIANT suggestion that we move out during construction, something we had not considered. Because in the end it made since to really get after it and totally redo most of the house! And in our neighborhood it was a good investment, and Court saw that. And he adapted easily to the growing scope of the project.

His attention to fine detail and styling, and how to tie visual elements of color, texture and light into a cohesive and inviting environment was really fun to watch, and now live in!! I love turning a corner and catching really cool site lines that he created. Efficient use of space was critical in our modest home and he nailed it. We also had a Feng Shui architect and family friend who we consulted with. Court embraced the collaborative spirit and was able to take her loose concepts and bring them to life. He was also very objective and not offended if we didn’t like a particular detail, but in the end he sourced every single element we selected. Now our house looks like it could be in Elle Decor! Who would have thought??? Court is a creative visionary and his team is wonderful. I told Court I had a dream from one of his renderings of sitting in front of the new fireplace, gazing out my picture windows during a snowfall, sitting in our new Italian furniture, drinking a glass of wine. And he made that dream happen. THAT is what it is all about. By the end of the project, Court is now more than our interior designer, he is a friend and ally for any future projects. I would HIGHLY recommend him.

Court took on a significant challenge with the extensive remodel of our home. We wanted a balance of contemporary feel with practicality, function, and warmth. We were tremendously impressed with Court’s ability to understand our needs and present a well chosen variety of options from which we could choose what fit our tastes the best. His interactions with our architect and contractors were professional and collaborative. Court did an excellent job of making sure to keep the ball rolling on schedule on a wide number of fronts during the project saving us the brain damage of keeping track of everything we were working on. Thanks to his great taste, patience, and followup, our remodel was a great success. We give him the highest of recommendations.

I hired Court to do a complete remodel for my 4 bedroom home in Boulder. This included tearing down walls and reshaping the floor plan on two floors, adding a bathroom, and then designing the new interior of the home from scratch. He and his team did a phenomenal job overall and I highly recommend hiring him for your project. Some highlights of working with Court:

* Court is super responsive, always emailing or texting within minutes when I would contact him about something.
* When I reached out to him for our first meeting to explore working together, he showed up to my home and brought the owner of a contracting firm along with him. They were ready to go from day 1 and helped me start to understand what was possible, the timeline, and potential cost of my remodel.
* Court provided a great balance of suggesting his own ideas and just making decisions when I didn’t have the time or expertise to have an opinion, but when appropriate he also listened and thoughtfully incorporated my feedback into his designs as we worked.
* There were several instances where we collaborated directly either in person or virtually on various aspects of the design. Court was always available for this, and again was great at balancing his own views and expertise with my own opinions and goals.
* Court worked really well with the contractors I hired, and they were able to collaborate effectively and solve most day-to-day problems without involving me.
* His team is also excellent and responsive. Everyone was very collaborative and easy to work with.

I can’t recommend Court enough. He’s really great to work with, and I would hire him again in a heartbeat in the future.

Frances Cromwell

After 6 years of mentally planning our kitchen remodel, Court and his team not only brought my vision to life, but gave us more than we thought possible. Court’s ability to see outside the box expanded our storage and made our space more usable and more beautiful. In addition to the kitchen, we made updates to the entire main floor.

When we decided to gut our kitchen, Court was the only designer I wanted to work with, having previous knowledge of his work. His team was responsive and quickly answered any questions I had.

We had a lot of issues with our cabinet vendor and Court went to battle for us and fought to get them to make it right. He didn’t stop until I was satisfied.

We have two more floors to remodel and Court and his team will be the ones designing it.

I have been following Court’s work for a long time and through covid, my husband and I decided it was time to update our 1906 Sunnyside home. Court has immaculate taste and design considerations.
